All clear after reading the “Intel 2012 white paper” about USB 3.0 RF interference in 2.4 GHz wireless devices.

The noise generated due to the USB 3.0 data spectrum can have an impact on radio receivers whose antenna is placed close to a USB 3.0 device and/or USB 3.0 connector. The noise is a broadband noise that cannot be filtered out, since it falls within the band of operation of the wireless device (2.4–2.5 GHz). The noise degrades the signal-to-noise ratio that the wireless receiver sees and limits its sensitivity. This then reduces the operating wireless range of the device.
Improving the shielding on the USB 3.0 receptacle connector can help reduce the amount of noise radiated due to USB 3.0 signaling. In addition, shielding of the USB 3.0 peripheral device plays an important role in reducing the amount of noise radiated in the 2.4–2.5 GHz range. This is particularly critical for peripheral devices that are placed close to the PC platform, such as a flash drive. Placement of the wireless antenna should also be carefully considered on a platform and be located as far away as possible from a USB 3.0 connector and/or device“

Even OWC demonstrated in a 2012 video that shielding resolves USB 3.0 conflict with Bluetooth.

Hoping mr J.Srouji, SVP at Apple, takes the topic into consideration :)

So, with the Big Sur Public Beta, my bluetooth mouse is now working just fine. Using an external dongle that's plugged into a USB port on my USB keyboard that's directly adjacent to the bluetooth mouse. It is odd that I no longer see the internal bluetooth controller with bluetooth explorer, but I'm okay with it since it didn't work all that well anyways *smile*.

Have had this same problem for a while and found a post about turning off phone blue tooth if the phone is nearby. My mouse would disconnect every 10-20 seconds. I have an iPhone and iPad pro (with apple pencil). I turned off all of the bluetooth on those devices and have not had a problem since. I turned my phone bluetooth back on with the phone and it still works without a problem.

No. It's not the way it should be! :) I rather wait for it to stop doing that :) It's not sooooo big of a deal, as long as it works somehow :D
Hey guys!

I think problem is solved... In a way... You should try it too if you haven't already! This was the second time I tried this so... I took away all of my usb-hubs and BOOM! Problem is gone. Magic Mouse is working 100% No more lagging or disconnecting. It shouldn't be this way, but it is so what can you do?

I took away all of my usb-hubs and BOOM! Problem is gone.
USB 3 and Bluetooth are known to mess with each other.
Sometimes you can fix the problems by moving your hubs away from the computer.
I keep my hub about 3 feet away from the Mini, and have no troubles.
