Hi

I set up my new iPhone Pro Max 17 yesterday, transferring from my old phone. I'm on latest OSX with all apps updated.

I use MS OUTLOOK for work.

This is my issue:
I load up the Outlook App. It has my email account but says login. When I click login, it takes me to the authenticator app, but its using that as a browser to take me to the main Microsoft login page (you know, the one that says SCHOOL OR WORK for one option and then PERSONAL for the other). So I click on WORK and then put in the password, so far so good. It then says put in code... I scroll down, and it says GET CODES.

I click get code, it presents one, I copy and paste it and put it in the box and it says its not valid.

Here's the crazy bit... for the alternative method it says USE AUTHENTICATOR APP!! I'm in the app! It wants me to use the app I'm in to login to said app... I know MS is awful, but this is just madness.

Any solutions?

Where is this email hosted?
Not sure but it’s done by an IT company. I’ve not been able to check in with them as out the office / weekend now. What do you think the issue could be? Then when I speak with them I can get to the point :)
