When I removed it, there was page after page of apps on the standard app switcher.

I had that too.

Looks like the author has a bit of work on his hands doesn't it?

And if the next update isn't a major bug free version then i don't think many people will go back to it.

had to uninstall it im waiting for update that wont crash and put my phone on safemode.

The newest version is still crashing for me casuing me to boot into Safe Mode - have just uninstalled it and wont be reinstalling it until a stable version comes out. Pity, I really liked it as well. Oh well.

Paid for it, got it, and just uninstalled it. Crashed one time. My main issue with it is that is leaves apps running even after clicking the "x" in the app viewer. It removes the screens from multifl0w, and it removes the icons from the native MT tool, but it appears that the apps are still running in the background somewhere since they ALL pick up where they left off.

I installed Backgrounder, but that is not a reasonable fix since you have to determine which apps close immediately when minimized - meaning I cant simply minimize said app in the short time and then use multifl0w to completely close that app later. It's all or nothing.

I'm not really upset that it's just a prettier version of the native MT - I'm actually disappointed that it's not even really that w/ the lack of really closing apps. Add the ability to completely close apps from multifl0w at will, and I'll be back on board.

Hey,

I'm the developer of Multifl0w - someone referred me to this thread a while ago but I'm just now getting to posting in it. I believe the recent update has fixed most of the issues, but I'm still getting a few reports of crashes. I have absolutely not been able to get any of my devices to crash at all after the update - if you're still crashing, please please send a syslog to support(at)multifl0w.com. I've been extremely busy with support emails and such, but I still haven't been able to replicate any crashes on my devices. Maybe Multifl0w is conflicting with other tweaks, I'm not sure. My number 1 priority is to eliminate all crashes - it's best to do that before trying to add more features. I did the icons thing because it made sense, and it wasn't too hard to do, and I liked the idea. (And it was probably the most requested feature). I'm several days behind on emails and probably will be for a while, but if you have questions/comments/concerns/complaints/whatever, let me know at that email address. I'll respond as soon as I can.

Charybdis3-

I have the most recent update and like others am still experiencing lots of crashes. How do we obtain the syslog the send in to you?

I have instructions here: http://www.multifl0w.com/syslog.html

Also, please say what device you're using, what OS you're running, other tweaks that might be causing issues, if you're able to reliably replicate the crash, and if it crashes every time. Thanks! :)

any updates on this?

is it worth the purchase? good replacement for the apple's multi-task manager?

I must be honest I am on iphone 4 and I get tons of crashes. One that I can do over and over is this

OPEN any app doubletap home, close it, when it says No Backgrounded apps, doubletap home button. and CRASH.

Problem is I get at least 3 crashes a day from doing regular stuff and TBH I could never use this with a tethered Jailbreak. Im going to run the syslog thing for you but I really hope you get this fixed I like the app but the crashing is ridiculous.

I really cant get my head around the fact that your asking us to tell you when we get a crash so in other words you don't get these crashes yourself right?

YOU as the developer don't experience any crashes? I just don't beilve that sorry. I mean thats like apple saying there is no antenna issue.

So when we tell you about a crash are you going to say "just dont do that"

There is a serious problem with this app. and its more then one problem. How can we possible keep track of exactly what we have done since last crash until we get a new crash? It could be 10 mins could be 2 hrs but the fact is IT WILL CRASH AGAIN!

Anyway im gonna stop going on now and try to get you a log of this home button crash.

I just uninstalled it. I, seriously done with this app. Trying to get it to crash by opening closing ect for the last hours or so and I got it to crash 100 times lol

I may reinstall one day when its actually finished

For those of you who still haven't redownloaded multifl0w, the new update is nice and stable now :).

No more crashes.

what version?

do you use this as a replacement for the apple's stock multi-task?

or do you activate the multiflow differently?

Version 2.02. And I use it as well as apple's multi-task. I use the "swipe down from status bar". It works really well ;)

I'd been watching this thread off and on wanting to give it a try. I went ahead based on the new release and comments. Glad I did! Seems to be working very well and no crashes at all. I set it up (no backgrounder) with the same 'swipe down' to activate. I use SwitcherPlus and seems to be a good combo.

Thanks!

I've been using multifl0w since late august and I must say that its coming along rather nicely. I've had frequent crashes with the earlier versions but ever since 2.01 I haven't had any at all.

Now that its stable, it has become one of my favorite JB apps. I can put away the pitch forks and torches I've been saving up on the side.

I've been using this over the past few days but one thing I noticed is that even after closing apps through multifl0w, they still show under the apple app switcher. Anyone getting this?

Just DLed once I read it was stable. Use it in tandem with native multitasking and absolutely love it. I leave double press home button for native multitasking, and pinch icons for multiflow. Super awesome =D.

multifl0w question

i cant seem to get the close on black to work and when I just use the double press of the home button it does not go back to home screen.

2.0.3 Was working great. The latest version, 2.0.4 seems to be draining my battery
