Actually, nothing MuscleNerd says implies anything about the jailbreak. This thread and MuscleNerd's tweet are not about jailbreaking at all. All that MuscleNerd is talking about in this tweet is the unlock, which is a completely separate tool. Even if MuscleNerd were implying that the unlock will be ready soon, it would not imply anything about the jailbreak (which is being done by Comex and is on his timetable).

Wrong. The "backgrounded task" is the unlock. The backgrounded task has been reached.
So the "next step" he was referring to means that a unlock on the iP4 has been reached.

I think that they may be waiting. If only we knew when the Apple update was coming we could get the JB a bit earlier.
Like if Apple said we'd get the update this Friday, the JB could be released on Wednesday because Apple probably wouldn't have the time to patch it that quickly, and they wouldn't delay it further for fear of more backlash over the issue.
