iPhone Music App goes to the status bar

I have the Music app running listening to radio, I notice that the artwork goes covering the status bar like so:


then Dre showed up, all is normal!


I wonder this is pretty much a bug with the Music app.

It's not a bug. It's by design that the artwork goes all the way up into the status bar.

And for that Dr. Dre it's still the artwork in the status bar, it's just white so you aren't noticing it like the other artwork you posted.
