Both my logiteck mice have been problematic since the is upgrade but it has gotten worse. I finally went wired and it is so much better.

I have no problems with bluetooth lag or anything like that, but it does take like ten seconds to connect when the computer has been asleep.

I finally fixed the issue! I rid myself of the MX Master and got the Logitech G502... Night/day difference. They make software for the Mac... Complete and total control over the mouse like nothing I've ever seen before! This thing is simply amazing! It is USB, so zero connections issues. I'm in love all over again!

Wired is the only way to go I think... Lag free. Can't believe I suffered that long.

I never really had an issue till this last osx version. but man this razor mouse is nicer better button placement then the logitech

It's strange that you say that. . . Because as far as I know, the software for both of those mice is the same? I'm using the Logitech Options with my MX Master and haven't had a single problem.

I know the software between the MX Master and G502 is totally different... This G502 is the most customizable mouse I've ever owned on a Mac. Makes using my computer so much better compared to that MX... Renewed love for using this mouse and widescreen.

I did not know that it used something other than Logitech Options. The 502 is such a weird looking mouse. Guess I'm not a gamer.

It is a little weird looking, but the function is over the top... I tried a few at BestBuy and crossed my fingers on this guy... Couldn't be happier. Bye bye MX Master... Can't believe I suffered as long as I did with that...

I have the exact same issue. I requested customer support from Logitech via email and never heard back.
I am in the same boat, with three (3) MX Anywhere 2 - absolutely useless on BT. I have filed problem with customer support and no answer too. I WAS Logitech user for +15 years. Now I am only looking for the alternative ASAP. They even cut warranty down to 2 years (!). No wonder why.

I haven't tried the new mouse they just released, but I would imagine the same BT issues... Anyone confirm?

I have just ordered latest MX Master 2S on Amazon. I expect it by Friday. Will report my findings soon. Over.

:p

Using the MX Master 2S on my MB Pro 2017 (Sierra 10.12.6) for 4 days now, works absolutely perfect (also Logitech Flow works great with my PC), glad I abandoned the Apple Magic Mouse :)

Are you on BT or dongle mate?

I've been using a MX master 2S for about a month now. No connection issues at all over BT on my 2012 mbp 13"

Though I haven't installed the Logitech software so I'm missing out on some functions.

Since the transmitter is lacking USB-C I used the MX Master 2S on Bluetooth for a couple of days (2017 MBP). Dramatic experience! I ended up buying a small USB-C dongle and plugged it in the back of my UltraFine. Flawless.

I have the MX Master 2S and the MacBook Pro 13" 2017 with Touchbar. They're working great together. The Logitech App for Mac is super handy! :)

Hmmm, i am still waiting for my MX to arrive but I see Logitech is just very unreliable with BT4.2. Uh, that really sucks as I do like Logitech design and materials.

Anybody got experience with Razer Orochi maybe?

Ok now testing MX Master 2S. So far seems ok, some minor and random jumping did occur. Will report my final conclusion after spending some time with this device.

Ok. MX Master 2S is going back. This mouse is so nice in hand but totally unreliable. Same issues on BT as with MX Anywhere. With dongle is super smooth and reliable in 101%.

For me the era of dongles connected to USB to drive any small paraphernalia (mouse/keyboard etc) is gone - so is MX Master 2S.

Logitech instead of some bu...l s...t "Flow" features, should go back to the drawing board and "reinvent" BT connection for us - or change price down to 20-30 EUR -- this is a heavily underdeveloped product of past. Apple has done it right - but their "Magic" mouse is a total ergonomic fail if you spend more than an hour working with it.

My search continues...

Now I have 3 x useless MX Anywhere 2, apple magic mouse (super solid on BT), 2 x apple trackpads (super solid on BT)

and wired steelseries sensei (super mouse!)

Any suggestions for comfortable and reliable over BT mouse?

I'm willing to bet some of those who say that it works fine over Bluetooth may just not notice the difference...I just got an MX Master 2S this week and haven't had the chance to test it yet but I fully expect it will have the same BT issues as the MX Master. Trying to use BT with these Logitech mice is truly a headache.

I just gave up and now use the USB dongle 100% of the time. Connection is truly flawless over the USB connection but it's frustrating that one of the main selling points of these mice is pretty much useless on Mac OS.
