My MX Master has been working flawlessly regardless of the OS. I bought it last year, with El Capitan. It works perfectly under Sierra. I use it with the dongle though - after reading about BT issues I simply didn't bother...

... for me using dongle in 2017 is a deal breaker. It is a tech of a past. Logitech just simple cannot get it right and I am sure other leader will take over.

But it's so tiny it's connected to my keyboard I even forget it's there :)

Yes, depends on actual usage. For desktop, I will not even bother and switch to a dongle. For a laptop, it is a different story.

Today i am selling my mx-master because of the bluetooth issues. I have a macbook pro 2016 and i dont want to use a adapter for the receiver of the mouse.......

I try to install the latest drivers ,also third part programs like steermouse but nothing happens ....
With the receiver works great but on bluetooth mode i notice some lags and this, is annoying when you edit on photoshop or some code ...that you want precise moves.

So what do you think about the mx master 2 ??? anyone that knows what happens with this optical version mouse?

If it is MX Master 2S you are thinking about - forget about it - it is just worthless over BT. I returned mine after struggling for 2 days to make it right. And I really like design and materials Logitech use.

Now I have this small theory of mine that Logi favour battery life over the increasing of responsiveness and reducing connection lag...

So what is your suggestion for a good BT mouse that works normally ?? magic mouse 2 ??? i borrow one from a friend but seems very uncomfortable after some ours of using it...i don't know if get used to it after some days.

Sorry mate, but I am in the same boat as you - just read a couple of my posts back in this thread...

I guess I'll be keeping my Logitech G502 wired mouse... No issues here!

Wired mouse on office maybe...imagine to present on my customers their website with a wired mouse..maybe i can lose the job. ;)
