But on a more serious note, I'll explain how I did it:

  1. 700 cal's a day
  2. 15g of fat MAXIMUM
  3. No eating after 9pm
  4. An hours exercise a day (running, spinning)

Obviously this was a drastic diet, and I was monitored by a dietician and personal trainer due to the risks involved. Anyone wanting to do this, you can - but seek the proper help.

700 calories a day? Your dietician and PT thought this was OK? I am surprised at this, 700 is very low, 1200 calories is usually considered a safe minimum.

Kardashian- congrats on the weight loss! As one of MR's fitness freaks, I definitely am impressed.

However darlin'- please consider letting your eyebrows grow back. They were quite nice before. Making them pencil thin is a bit much. Maintenance of the eyebrow is good. Destruction of the eyebrow is...I don't know...a bit extreme, shall we say. ;) To each his own- just an opinion.
 
However what is worse?

Doing nothing and carrying 100 pounds around for the rest of his life and dealing with all the risks that go along with it like hyper-tension, heart disease, diabetes, stroke, etc.

Or...

Doing something about it, even if it is a low cal diet? If the diet is medically supervised then what is the problem?

I am 99% sure that no one commenting in this thread has ever lost 100 pounds eating a 1300~ calorie diet.
 
Personally, I think your very cute both before and after ;) I'm sure you have girls lining up!

one thing I have read here and elsewhere is that rule about eating in the evening. Should it not be "do not eat x hours before going to bed"? I must be missing the point of this.

Umm. It was around 7 months. :)

They're not 'pencil' thin, though. They're just less bushtucker trial :)

Before they were a horrendous blond colour and looked like slugs, now they just have a shape and look as though they're supposed to be there ;)

It's not true, nor is the "eat 6 meals a day" adage.
 
It's not that you "shouldn't" eat in the evening. When you eat late at night chances are you aren't active enough to work it off effectively. The same as eating and then just laying around.
