- 700 cal's a day
- 15g of fat MAXIMUM
- No eating after 9pm
- An hours exercise a day (running, spinning)
Obviously this was a drastic diet, and I was monitored by a dietician and personal trainer due to the risks involved. Anyone wanting to do this, you can - but seek the proper help.
700 calories a day? Your dietician and PT thought this was OK? I am surprised at this, 700 is very low, 1200 calories is usually considered a safe minimum.
