When TheSpaz left, he left a void, which was bound to be filled by someone equal or greater. I think we have found the person to fill that void.

12 or 13 replacements and a free upgrade? Good grief... I can already hear the next conversation at the Genius Bar:

"Hi, I'm Nick, and this is my 13th iPhone."

"How can I help?"

"This has a plastic casing."

"Yes?"

"I don't like plastic."

I would take it back again and not take the "new" one if it isn't to your liking.

Okay. It arrived at Apple's repair center today. They identified the issue. They are replacing it. I told them the problem, and they said it wasn't with in spec, so they are replacing it AGAIN. I hope they can give me a defect free iPhone.

So how about

how are you when you buy a car or a house to you expect everything 100% perfect. I realize a Iphone is expensive but there are many things that cost much more are you just as OCD with those. or only with Apple products because they tolerate the OCD's of the world.
