I ordered from Verizon.
On the Verizon website, I searched order status and got a FedEx tracking number ... but no status (no status, no ship date, no email confirmation of shipping)
Just to check, I tried the various ways of inputting information for reference number on the FedEx site to see if my shipment would come up. The only way it would come up was to put in the purchase order number, which was the "location" number plus the order number (with two 0's in front) separated by an underscore.
So, it was, eg., 0123456_001234567. That is the only type of number that worked for mine. Telephone numbers did not work.
