My iPhone 4S has shipped!!

This will be his first smartphone, it will be a great day when I can take a sledge hammer to his Samsung Convoy lol.

I have only had a smartphone for 3 months, but it is a 3 yr old Blackberry Storm that I borrowed once my other phone broke. Sooo looking forward to this update and not having to remove the battery from my phone twice daily when it freezes.

I just saw the UPS guy in my neighborhood. Hopefully he comes this time tomorrow too! I just realized I am way too excited about a phone.
 
Not to keep rehashing this, but a UPS rep told my fiance that they COULD NOT guarantee delivery by noon. So it seems that there is conflicting info from UPS about delivery times.

My local UPS driver doesn't get to my neighborhood until like 7 PM usually, so it's going to be a long day I guess. I will probably still work from home, just in case.
 
I am having mine shipped to work so that I don't have to worry about being away. If it comes late tomorrow, like at night, I am gonna be bummed, having to stay at work all evening! LOL
 
Is there an updated version of the UPS trick for those of us with two phones on our order? One (my coworker's) has shipped already, but mine is still not shipped about 18 hours later. We share the same order number and phone number, so the trick only worked for the first package (his). Any ideas?

frustrated

Soooooo frustrated.
My phone has been sitting in Kentucky since the morning of the 11th.
It has not moved since 9:28 am Tuesday.

I have never been an early adopter before. My 3GS was stolen, so I thought I'd wait to get the 5 released early summer and have been using a borrowed phone. I have already gotten over being extremely pissed that they delayed till October, and then it is only a 4S. I was absolutely going to do the sure thing and go wait by a store and get it first thing in the morning, but was convinced my friends/apple EE's to pre-order, and that I may get it early.
Not only am I for sure not getting it early, it is likely I will not get it first thing in the morning, but at "some point during the day."
People whose phone just shipped yesterday from China have already left Louisville. This blows...

we were in the same boat. I just got notice that mine departed KY and is on the way to PA!
 
My iPhone just left Louisville, I wonder if the pilot can just make a quick stop by my office and drop mine off while he takes the rest to the next UPS facility 🙂

Also, if you don't like reading about people tracking their iPhones simply do not come in this thread...problem solved!
