mines departed as well. Must be heading to houston or dallas before the drive down I35 or I10 to San Antonio

YAY! Departure scan at 4:08 PM. I guess I am on the 4:26 plane!

Mine is on that flight too!! Hoping it gets to my door before 3pm tomorrow because I have to leave for the weekend and don't want to have to wait til Monday! I've already been waiting MONTHS since my i4 got stolen...

no movement

Mine has STILL NOT MOVED since Tuesday.
It wasn't on the 4:57 flight to Houston, or the 5:00 or 5:20 to Dallas.
I can only pray it will be on the 5:41 to DFW, or that they forgot to scan it.

officially freaking out. As of Wed I don't have a phone at all until this one arrives...

I get more tracking info from Yahoo (http://smallbusiness.yahoo.com/advisor/business-tools/ups-tracking/) then from the UPS site. All though I don't see any flights to San Diego, it must be coming through Oakland or Long Beach.

Mine is exactly the same! Hope they're going through Oakland 'cause I'm only an hour and half south of there :D

I wish we had numbers on the amount of people who have "official freaked out" only to a few hours later post "Oh, seems like things are okay."

Dude, relax.

I'm in Atlanta and my departure scan of 2:08pm out of Kentucky makes a decent match to a flight to Des Moines, Iowa that departed at 2:07pm and landed already. lol! I doubt it'd head that direction so I assume it was just scanned early and will be on one of these Florida flights and get trucked/flown north to GA. Or, could it possibly be trucked directly from Kentucky (only Tennessee between us)?

Hmmm. Either way, it's been a fun ride reading this forum.

EDIT: Interesting. On iship, my 'In Transit to' scan says the city of my local hub in GA, not FL or something else in between.

UPS has a regional dist hub in Atlanta, so it is likely coming in overnight on the truck. Same applies for us in NC, regional hub in Raleigh, about a 9-10 hour drive. My phones left Louisville at 3:08, should be into Raleigh just after midnight, and on another truck heading east, out for delivery before the sun comes up. :)

mine moved a whole 3 feet apparently at UPS lol long way to ohio if it keeps that up

That is not good for me. My phone is currently in the air from Anchorage to Louisville. It gets to Louisville around 930 pm. I live just east of Raleigh...I hope there is a plane that gets it here in the am tomorrow.

Thanks, cmm26red! I'd wondered about the possibility of it being on a truck.

I called UPS to ask if I might be able to pick up my "package" at my local distribution center tonight. Without asking for my tracking number or missing a beat he said "no, none of the iPhones will be available until tomorrow." :D

ahhh... I just saw the ups guy in my complex... i wish these phones were on fedex.. fedex is usually here by 2pm

I would not sweat it, as long as you preordered on the 7th, and Apple / UPS says delivery tomorrow, you will get your phone tomorrow. They could make a late flight into RDU, packages that I have received next day sometimes come into PGV. Worst case is you get it in the evening, which is my boat since I am at the end of the route. UPS just dropped of my new screen protectors and cases, after 6pm. :(

Finally departed Louisville :D

Mine and the wife's phones are in Jamaica, NY, only about two hours from home. Was hoping for a day-early delivery but at this rate tomorrow morning will suffice. :)
