While at work Friday, I was reading all the horror stories here as my black AT&T 32GB was at home waiting for me. As I opened it, I knew what I was supposed to be looking for, so I went over it with a fine-toothed comb.

I couldn't find any dings, scratches, dent, etc. It looked perfect. Set it up as new and restored my contacts and pics and everything went perfectly smooth. In the past, I've had trouble restoring data from my jailbroken phones.

I was able to finally get on LTE yesterday and while I didn't run any speedtests, videos loaded as fast as I could click on them. I miss LockInfo and NoSpot, but other than that, iOS6 is great.

I purchased a $4 bumper from Monoprice as temporary protection and it's really nice (for the price). I'm fine with leaving it on indefinitely.

Sounds like you've had a great experience

Me and my wife purchased 16gb white and black Verizon 5's and they are perfect! Love them.

My black 5 is flawless as well. I however am not. It fell out of my pocket when I sat on my porch swing...

Scuffed but surprisingly not bad at all.

Now if LTE in my area was as fast as some on here I would be happy. Here it is slower than hspa+

I got mine opening day at an AT&T store (32 gig white).

My wife got here's the later in the afternoon at the Apple Store (32 gig white).

Both flawless.

Week 33 Black 32gb and flawless (and I really looked). Still naked, two days of in and out of pockets at work and no silver edges yet. I'm sure in time it will, but honestly I don't care. It's my phone; I'm not stroking it while calling it "my precious."

I'm extremely happy with mine. I got a 32GB Black iPhone; no scuffs, marks, etc. It's so much faster than my 4, very thin, light, great panoramic photos, LTE is AWESOME. They definitely need to update the Maps but I did enjoy using the turn by turn directions this weekend.

How sad is it that someone created a thread for people with flawless phones? Unbelievable.

Not sad at all. It's a counterpoise to all of the other threads that discuss issues.

Without a thread like this, people that casually browse these fora will probably get the idea that the iPhone 5 is an unmitigated disaster - which it clearly is not.

Almost as sad as someone who thinks this thread is so sad they take time out of their sad day just to share their sad feelings about said sad thread.

I agree and great points...I would like to add that is really sad that someone thinks a thread about a positive experience is sad...

I'm really glad folks are getting flawless iphone5 and are happy with them.

I'd wager a very substantial sum that the vast, overwhelming majority of people are getting flawless iPhone 5s.

Of course, I'm *not* saying there aren't issues - you can't ship MILLIONS of devices and not have at least some hardware issues, and there are other SW issues out there (aka Maps).

Flawless UK Black 64GB here!

It is still sinking in how I've just jumped from a 2G 8GB! Did want the 32GB but they had sold out so I thought more capacity won't hurt :D

Totally and utterly flawless. I've seen fine jewelry with less attention to detail. Stunningly fast, and the screen size is perfect!

Excellent points.
