Ugh the same thing happened to my white shoes when I didn't wash my Areopostal jeans. Even turn my dryer blue.

IDK if they'd give me store credit because the jeans weren't ruined, they are fine, it's the bag that's all blue, and it's not from Guess. So IDK.

Some of you may say "Why don't you call them and ask?" Well I know they'd tell me it's not their fault... The reason I made this thread was to ask, if It's worth it to raise hell and demand they reimburse me. I know for some retail stores if you raise hell they eventually just give in.

Nope, like an idiot I didn't wash them first.

Partly my fault I guess. :( Damn I'm just gonna buy a new messenger bag, things like that irritate me since I have OCD.

Any jeans that need to be washed before wear clearly say that on the tags.

Sorry to say, but at lest now you know.

Yeah, sorry but this one is on you. Wash everything before wearing it and, uh, letting your stuff rub on it. Also bear in mind that washing it once, twice or even three times may not mean a guarantee of no ink transfer. Sometimes dyes are just annoying like that.

If it were me I would wash the bag with the jeans and maybe it will blend in a most pleasing fashion!

What does a $150 pair of jeans do that a $30 pair doesn't? Do they look different, feel more comfortable, not wear out?

Agreed completely, except I wait to buy my jeans on clearance at Old Navy (or some faded glory's at walmart) for ten bucks.

I HATE spending money on clothing.

Sometimes but most importantly they make a powerful statement for your status as a trendy, successful individual.

In all seriousness though I find it difficult to get jeans that fit me as I would like. I think a lot of women have this problem, so you find a brand and stick with it. I couldn't give a damn about labels but it turns out the best fitting jeans I've found are Armani Exchange. I felt like such a sucker forking over £100 for a pair of freakin jeans but they sure do fit nice.

I have the same problem. Its odd to find a 31x30 that fits right in...well the right areas. Luckily, somehow Old Navy has perfect fits for me without going the ridiculous nut hugger route.

I never understood the point of paying $1000's of dollars for clothes when you can't really tell the difference.

Or that fact that only a certain subset of the population honestly cares what you're wearing enough to comment or ask about it.

You can look nice on the cheap.

Yea, except not wear out. I prefer levis 514's, I think, worn loose now. They look good and arent expensive.

Your first mistake was purchasing a purse.
Your second mistake was purchasing a white purse.
Your third mistake was purchasing and wearing a white purse.
Your fourth mistake was wearing dark blue unwashed jeans after purchasing and wearing a white purse.
Your fifth mistake was caring about a white purse that got blue.

Solution: Quit being a girl

My $45 Levi's don't go around leaving ass prints everywhere I sit.

At my office, sometimes I see a few girls and this metro dude standing around talking about their $600 True Religion jeans and how great they are. --- OOOOooo, I'm soooo impressed. Freaking Valley Girls!

All this foo-foo crap... I bet they wiped their ass with their bare hands in their home country. :D

Gosh, you're so manly for being able to pigeonhole a person you've never met because you can carry everything you ever need to take with you in your pockets and clutched firmly in your big, masculine fists.

Yea, I'm not into spending money on clothes, but it doesn't make one "girly". I have friends that a shoe collectors for christs sake! They aren't girly, its just their thing i guess.
