Hi,
Maybe not in England where if someone was killed by an accident of some sort then it is normally the fault of the victim due to the fact that if he/she/they were not born in the first place then the accident would never have happened to them and because of that, they as victims (even if they are now dead) will have to pay compensation to the aggressor or guilty parties for cost of legal fees, loss of earnings and the emotional trauma they have had to go through but I cannot understand why a company would play so low key and try and fob off an issue like this in a country like the USA where the individuals are brainwashed in suing each other right from the foetal stage and where the society sees it as a normal thing to do over the most insane things - even then, millions are paid out! Something like this, which is a very serious issue, should have any company in the USA crapping their pant's and shaking in their boots should it not? Can you imagine the bad publicity in any case, but God, forbid, if something happened to anyone, especially a child who may not know what to do?
Bazzy!
