For those of you that ordered via AT&T Premier, did it apply your discounts? I'm seeing no discounts being applied on mine as I did early today when I was doing a mock order. Also for my family talk plan it isn't showing messaging unlimited for familils. Anyone else?
My confirmation email doesn't have plan details and says $699 even though I'm eligible for subsidized pricing. Other people are having the same issue. Weird.
It's because (I think) you guys are still placing the reservation even though Apple can't contact ATT's servers during your current session. It happened to me three times but on the final time I was able to pull up my account information and see the correct price and plan details. All will be used as munitions incase ATT tries to gank me on the 24th.
AT&T and Apple Store not working right now for upgrades. AT&T keeps logging me out, and Apple is just sitting there saying "Please wait while we access your AT&T information". So much for getting up in the middle of the night to avoid servers going kaput...
I also did not receive a confirmation email. I pre-ordered through Apple. I will pick it up on lanch day-for $499 (ouch!).
For all of you guys that have successfully got your orders in, did you choose have it shipped to home or reserve in store. I'm able to get through sometimes but it keeps saying shipping to home is unavailable and only giving me the option to reserve it in store. This is through apple.com.

FINALLY got through via Apple site. I reserved mine and will be picking it up at my local Apple store. Whew.
I would have had it shipped, but if I have to wait until 3PM to get it like I did my iPad, I'd rather go to the store and wait in line early morning.

I made a reservation from Apple site. The system successfully communicated with AT&T Server after countless failed attempts and it pulled up my upgrade eligibility. The confirmation pages says it's $199.
Edit: Just got confirmation email with $199 price mark as well. I'm sure you'll have no problem if you are picking up at a store even if your confirmation says full price, though.

I got through earlier on AT&T and the 4 wasn't there... then I tried a little later after getting frustrated with Apple and then AT&T kept logging me out... now I just got in and there's still no 4 in my upgrade options. How on earth are you people getting it?
