OK, let me ask this another way... if you ordered from AT&T, did you do it through a premier account with FAN number? No matter what I do I either get logged out, or it only lists 3GS as the upgrades.

I got through earlier on AT&T and the 4 wasn't there... then I tried a little later after getting frustrated with Apple and then AT&T kept logging me out... now I just got in and there's still no 4 in my upgrade options. How on earth are you people getting it?

Same here. Not showing up on AT&T, and Apple is being a pain in the butt on their site..

I was getting the same thing. I just kept closing my browser, clearing the cache, and logging back it and it finally showed up. Keep trying. It's them not you.

Is AT&T offering guaranteed delivery on release date like apple is. I can sign into att and successfully add the 4 to my cart and almost checkout i just wanna make sure i get it on release date.

Eventually stopped logging me out and I ordered two new iPhone 4's since both of our lines on the family plan were eligible for the upgrade pricing. I could never get past the processing screen on the Apple Store.

Looks like premier actually lived up to its name this time around..... it definatly did not for the 3GS launch

I tried for about 30 min on Apple.com (and getting nothing but processing screens) before going to ATT.com. Wish I would have went sooner b/c I flew through there. Got my iPhone 4 ordered, a confirmation email, and my sanity back. Now I am going back to bed. Anyone who is still waiting needs to jump over to ATT.com to make their life easier.

Good GOD!!! What a royal pain in the ASS! After two hours of trying both Apple Store and AT&T, on my iPhone, iPad and Mini at the same time, I was finally able to preorder two on my iPad. For some reason, the web browser on my desktop was not seeing the 4G available as an upgrade on AT&T. Finally got it to show on my iPad. I'm all set!! Good luck all, I'm off for a short nap!
