Getting alcohol is sooo easy here. The people in Vancouver are so nice so you can just wait outside the liquor store and wait for someone youngish to come by, just give them some money and your order and they'll return with the liq and the receipt. Easy shmeezy.

A simple answer is to confront the individual and tell her about your concerns. If she doesn't want to change her behavior then that's it. Let her go off on her own and let her make her decisions. Some would say its better to learn from your mistakes anyway.

I don't think there's much point in going to the police or her parents. It'll get her into trouble but I'd be surprised if it would change her. She's 15, she'll do whatever she wants, regardless of what anyone else thinks. I think it would just end your friendship.

I'd suggest just staying as close as you're able. She's surely heading for a fall and it would be good if you were there to pick her up. Maybe then she'll realise that she's not indestructible and start to grow up. But she has to see that herself; no-one can make her or it will only be a temporary fix.

Doesn't she have any non-stoner friends, apart from you?

Just a final update to all this, no need to beat a dead horse. From what I heard yesterday, I think things are looking up. She said she almost lost two of her best friends to this new addiction of hers, and that she was going to change. I dont know if this change will be stopping all of this completely, but one can hope.

I really think your friend is in need. I mean seriously think about it.

1 underage girl + Pot + Booze + men over 21= complete disaster.

I think you should go talk to your parents. They can decide how far they want you to take action. Don't be surprised if your parents want to do all of the legal stuff. You can deal with the more emotional stuff. You have a very smart friend. Lucky you! I wouldn't be surprised if she gets really mad at you for busting her pot parties. But I think she will realize that you saved her from a terrible livestyle. In the end you have the power to turn your friend's life around for the better. It's your choice.

Yeah. Just make sure you are prepared for her not to change. Sometimes even when they want to change, it takes awhile. If you read my story, the girl I knew even after her trouble night still didn't change for about another 4 weeks... She kept talking about it and saying she wanted to, but she would go out and hang with the same friends and explain how she didn't want to be alone sitting there watching them. But just stick with it, because that doesn't mean change isn't comming.
