It’s so funny how the Apple bashing trolls are always the first comments in any article. They truly are trolling constantly and once anything comes up they do their thing and bash it immediately. Then gradually as you scroll down the trolls are replaced with the intelligent educated and super informed posts which everyone appreciates. So funny.

Maybe if Apple didn't make these half ass attempts at computers, they won't be.

The piss and moan entitlement crowd have nothing better to do than whine and cry about everything Apple releases. Apple can do no right and, hopefully, once A-series based Macs show up, they’ll get the hint and go somewhere else.

And they significantly lowered the trade-in values of existing Macs.. I have a 2017 15", Last week the trade in was $980, today its dropped to $800. I'm going to keep what I have, if it was a 14" I might've considered it, but to go back to 13" and lose almost $200.. Sorry!

Apple today announced a new 13-inch MacBook Pro with a more reliable Magic Keyboard, faster 10th-generation Intel processor options, up to 80 percent faster graphics performance, up to 32GB of RAM and 4TB of SSD storage, and more.

First introduced on the 16-inch MacBook Pro last year, the Magic Keyboard features a redesigned scissor mechanism with 1mm of key travel, an inverted-"T" arrangement for the arrow keys, and a physical Escape key.

The new 13-inch MacBook Pro models are available to order on Apple.com starting today, with pricing starting at $1,299 in the United States.

More details to follow...

No 14 inch, no speaker improvements, no screen improvements, Pathetic 720p webcam. NO BUY.

Yeah windows laptops are half price and have better specs and design, apple has lost the plot with upgrades this year
What planet are you on? Spec for spec, with similar construction, the Windows laptops are all about the same prices. What can be found are even more expensive 13” laptops with Nvidia GPUs for much more. In my opinion, Apple is missing something to compete with the Razer Blade Stealth. It’s a beast. Also more expensive with its Nvidia GPU.

Like Tim Cook said, they have their heads down working hard on great products. Must have taken a lot of brain power bumping specs and using a no-longer-new keyboard.

Hopefully all their real work is going into fixing OS X and freshening up iOS.

Overall meh from me, and glad I picked up the 16" - only gripe there is the excessive GPU power consumption.
Kind of expected only the 'top' model allows 32GB RAM option, but overall pricy, and even there top model base is an i5. I'm wondering if it's as someone else stated if they'll be doing a 28W TDP + 14" yet to come...

And yes, the 720p FaceTime camera has long outlived it's 'keep one part in use for a decade' lifetime, IMO, but they did the same on the MBP16, so expected, even if outdated...
