Could have better camera's and possibly 2nd gen Touch ID. May annoy some current Pro owners.
Considering the smaller one is by default much more portable, a better camera makes actual sense in the smaller pro.
The big one is starting to be a bit absurd with a camera.
Someone who is using that Ipad as a viewport is likely doing so from a DSLR camera which is on some other smaller rig.
A better touch ID I could possibly understand though touch ID is less critical on an Ipad.

Absolutely true. But the problem is that this share is shrinking. And Apple went through this process before when they were selling very profitable computers with a rapidly shrinking market share. They are doing much better this time around. They learned at least some lessons. Their prices are not as outrageous as, for example, Apple Lisa had. So that's good. But they also should listed to people and watch what is going on with competitor offerings and people opinions.
Apple before had low margins and low market share (in the 1990s). Its Ipad and Iphone shares worldwide will always be low, there is not way around this. If you look at price curves, if Apple cuts price by 50%, they're not compensating this by 50% more volume, that's the danger of going down market.
As you go downmarket, profits fall much faster than revenue grows, your R&D money falls, your product becomes barely differentiated, revenues fall further as anyone can now compete with you on feature and eventually you die if one small economic downturn happens one year or your competitor has one 1-2 good years.
Apple has had 80% of PC profits while having 5% of the market; that's what keeps it in business.
Everyone talking about "Jobs this" and "Jobs that" forget that Jobs found out after what happened to Apple in the 1980s and 1990s that going for market share without profit is a fools gold.
