I purchased my iP5 before the 5c entered the market. Would have purchased also the 5c.
Although: The colors were a little bit tooooooo pop-art… grey or black would have been nice and so more people would have bought it.
I was a little disappointed in the neon level of the green, but the blue is nice. At an earlier age I would have shied away because of the colors, but somehow as I've aged I've become more open to wilder colors. I'm young again! Woo hoo!

:D

I am also open for colors - but these are really NEON...

Oh the horror of losing the ridiculous pink, yellow, robin's egg blue, and stupid green color the plastic iPhones were made out of. If anything those colors were an embarrassment and looked like phones catered to 9 year old girls.

The current iPhone 5c colours are not to my taste but you deliberately missed my point. The current iPhone 6 colours are so bland the first thing I did when I purchased my iPhone 6 was put it a case to hide the borrrrring colour. Apple used to make colourful products, now they make dull looking products for old people.

PS Sarcasm is the lowest form of wit. You might think you're being clever but you're not.

Well duh. You're not saying anything useful.

With a 16 GB device, you're not able to fully make use of it. That sucks. It's that simple.

If it's that simple, I don't understand why you don't get it. Not everyone will use the phone the same way you do. 16GB is not for YOU. Stop projecting.

1GB RAM? Please don't do that again... otherwise Safari won't get snappier.

And what's the point of 16 GB storage. That's like 3-5 Apps and your phone is full.

Agreed on the first point, but not on the 2nd!

Methinks those dost exaggerate far too much!

I have both an iPhone and an iPad Mini 2 with only 16gbs, yet have well over 100 apps on both of them! And they run like a charm.

No question that I'd prefer 32/64gbs, but it's often power users or heavy video savers who decry 16gb, whereas many "common folk" can get by just fine on 16gb.

I haven't read anything about the display. Hopefully they don't just use the 5S panel, but a smaller version of the 6/6S display

I'm less interested in the display than I am in the version of Touch ID. By reputation the Touch ID on the 6S/Plus is significantly better than on the previous models.

Apple's next-generation 4-inch iPhone is more likely to include variants of the A9 and M9 motion coprocessor chips, allowing for always-on Hey Siri, according to 9to5Mac.

The report claims the so-called "iPhone 5se" will likely replace the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus in Apple's fall 2016 smartphone lineup, while the iPhone 5s will then be discontinued.9to5Mac and other sources originally expected the new 4-inch iPhone to have an A8 chip with M8 motion coprocessor, but Chinese website MyDrivers last week said the device will have an A9 chip instead. Apple has allegedly tested multiple prototypes with both A8 and A9 chipsets, likely fueling the conflicting reports.

Today's report also claims the new 4-inch iPhone will have 16GB and 64GB storage models available, which again corroborates Chinese website MyDrivers. Other possible specs reported elsewhere include a 1,624 mAh battery, 1GB of RAM, Bluetooth 4.2, Apple Pay, VoLTE and 802.11ac WiFi, but 3D Touch appears unlikely.

The next-generation 4-inch iPhone reportedly entered mass production last week, ahead of a rumored March event announcement, alongside the iPad Air 3 and Apple Watch updates including new bands and possibly other minor improvements. The smartphone is expected to ship in late March or early April.

I see no reason to produce a small screen. Every other manufacturer will have a larger screen. The smaller IPhone 6 size is the perfect size. To me to still produce a 5 series phone is ridiculous but I guess their is a profit to be made by Apple.

I went from a 5s to 6s and I'm not crazy about the bigger screen. A lot of times I find myself fumbling to reach a screen element with my thumb (yes, I know about Reachability). I use 3d touch intermittently, but not enough that I can't live without it. I would actually consider "downgrading" to this phone if the specs are decent.
Yes. I went from 5 to 6. Hate the size of the 6 case. I will buy this on the first day. Sorry, first hour. Maybe within five minutes (I actually ordered an iMac within the first two minutes back in '04!)

Not true. "S" models have always been a great upgrade for performance and the camera as well. Just look at the performance jumps from the 4 to 4s and 5 to 5s.

That's exactly what I said...how is it not true?

Angry much, its a phone not life or death.

Pretty funny when it's you that made the snide remarks...
