How could you say no to this face??
Even here, Amazon is not innovative and bold to place the mouth "right".

I was thinking the exact thing. Damn they Fugly and cheap looking.
I mean, in fairness, in general these earbuds are never really that appealing aesthetically. Nobody really seems to care that much about style for earbuds, when it’s more about the formfitting and overall functionality.

I agree. I love my wired headphones but my iPhone 7 (and all newer) does not have a headphone jack. Therefore, I must use bluetooth headphones with my iPhone (unless I want that darn dongle). These would be a great price point for my rare use of headphones with my iPhone (vacations and plane rides only) and I don't want to bring my large (but awesome) Sony bluetooth headphones.

Plus I get 30 days to try them out unlike Apple's 14 day period.
so what is the problem with the dongle? I think bluetooth + the associated batteries adds more than $9 to a pair of headphones (the $9 is for apples lightning to 3.5mm dongle, I'm shore cheaper can be found)

Right!
He who does not recognize value remains a sad person and always feels cheated.
I would imagine that this also has something to do with age, professional strength and maturity.

But of course not everyone at MacRumors will agree on that, there are a lot of ranting people here...

The problem with the word "value" is that it's often used as a synonym for cheap. Just look at all the "value" ranges of whatever: everything is done to remove the last cent of cost. Didm't value use to mean value for money, ie a dicent alternative to premium brands at a resnable price, or am I (as so often) way off?

Earbuds never stay in my ears. I think I have funny ears.

But I took advantage of Amazon’s sale price on their Echo Buds, and they surprised me. Noise cancellation works pretty good, passthru is great (love turning it up so I can hear sounds from further away when crossing the road at the top of a hill and I can’t see the cars until they’re too close), and they stay in wayyy better than any previous earphones/buds I’ve tried.

Will I buy the new ones? No chance. I’m not spending over £100 for any earphones that aren’t Aftershokz. The originals will do me just fine for a while (unless/until the new ones drop to a crazy buy-me-now price!).
