New Apple Leather Case

I would love to see a pic of your silver/white phone w/the blue case. This is a combination I am considering, but I am concerned some about the wear.

Well... I am not necessarily against it, I am just curious what the wear on the blue looks like before I purchase. I understand it will wear, just hard to picture exactly how on that color.

I will take a picture for you tomorrow. I need to get out my nice camera to capture this. It's not bad but I am only a week in.
 
I'm finding the black case is withstanding going in and out of my pockets fine so far.

No sign of wear near the corners yet (which I'd guess takes the most impact of rubbing) and have been using it since launch.

Still very pleased with the case. :)
 
I went ahead and bought the brown one. I'll be using it in combination with a Pall Atelier Wallet-case, so I'm especially curious as to how the wear is gonna be (leather vs leather and lots of in-and-out movements)

Red seems to be holding up well on my 5s. Some slight discoloration of the leather on the edges but that is to be expected.... it's leather ffs.

By far one of my favorite cases to date. Slim, functional, looks good, protects. If it wasn't for the crazy $40 price it would be perfect IMHO. Of course complaining that a wait for a phone took 5.5 hours will get you one for free ;)
 
I got caught out in some torrential rain today, phone was in my pocket and colours were starting to run in my jeans, but no discolouration to the case (I got the red one) so far. Have only used it for about 12 hours though :)
 
I went back to black.

The red was showing wear just after a few days if anyone was wondering.

I liked the red but black just looks better to me.
 
I am starting into week two. The corners of my brown (IMHO orange-ish) case are starting to develop a darker brown patina. I hope the whole case changes to this shade as I prefer this color.

This case is absolutely gorgeous. I love how it shows the band around the phone. The leather feels awesome in the hand too. Great stuff from Apple this year.

I love the style and feel to the Apple 5S case (Beige), but the fact it gets dirty like God-knows what is quite annoying, I'm trying to look for a decent and cheap(ish) leather cleaner (UK).

Went to the Apple Store earlier with the missus (she bought the Mophie Juice Pack Air for iPhone 5) and had a look at the Black Apple 5S case... I'm tempted to pick one up but I thought I'd see how far the Beige holds out, first.

Just (finally) got my black case today.

After I put it on I noticed the screen getting really dim a lot. Anyone else notice this?

Could it be covering up the ambient light sensor?

How? It barely covers the band around the phone. It doesn't come even close to the light sensor.
 
Love the case, but now I can't use the 6' amazon lightning cable I bought, my bose QC15 and bose in-ear's because of the thickness of the case on the bottom...

Yeah I think my Lightning Cable from AT&T is useless to me now. Oh well. I wanted to order one of the 2m cables right from Apple anyway.
