Just email Caudabe, don't buy another one. Fantastic customer support - big reason I give them my money each time I upgrade my iPhone. You'll probably qualify for a warranty replacement. I've been sent several over the years. Fast process, super easy to deal with.

Yup, as easy as sending them an email with a picture of the damage. Just sent the email tonight and their support replied within an hour they were sending me a warranty replacement. Though kinda not digging the email implying it broke because I improperly installed or removed the case and telling me to give the instructions a "good read". I wasn't close to manhandling the case. It's just flimsy.

I'll try it one more time and see how far it goes. I don't abuse the phone but I don't baby it either. This case is thin and inexpensive but I expect it to be a little more resilient in real world use.

I've been using the Veil XT on my 6s for about two weeks now. No scratches on it. I would prefer a bit more grip but it's still better than a naked phone. The button cut-outs could be a bit more precise (I have a problem with perfectionism :p).
But in overall I'm happy with the case - it looks sleek and it's thin. Also Caudabe's customer support is A+.

I agree with you - their customer service is super.

Anyone looking for a Veil XT with more grip might want to check this out.

One of its selling points is a "non-slip, rubbery matte texture." I just ordered the Matte Black version with Prime Shipping for $8.99. I'll report back when it gets here next week.
Ordered this and it's in my opinion identical to the veil xt. It's been several months since I had the veil for my iPhone but if memory serves me this is Very very close, perhaps just a tiny bit better as far as scratch resistance. However it's less than $9 so that's great. Also i did run my ring across it ever so lightly and it did not scratch. The veil would immediately scratch doing the same thing.

Any difference in grip? I know "non-slip" and "rubbery" were selling points.

I realized I still have my caudabe in a drawer, so I pulled it out and the TOZO Amazon one does have a bit more grip and is little more "rubbery". It's also slightly more flexible. Holes all line up and it's a great case. As you can see from the photo how my veil held up to scratches :\

Awesome. Mind posting a few pics with it on your phone? Is the transparent black color the same as Caudabe's Wisp or lighter?

That scratching shown in your pic is exactly the criticism of the Veil XT I have been talking about.

I have also ordered the TOZO and will be receiving it tomorrow in matte black, I'll report back with my impressions. I had the Veil XT in the Wisp color so I'll be able to compare it to the matte black.

I'll be getting the Tozo tomorrow, also, but in the frost. Keeping my fingers crossed for some decent grip.

Does the TOZO feel like a totally different material? I.e. TPU as opposed to more plastic feel like the Caudabe.

It's way more similar than it is different. I really couldn't tell any difference until I held them both at the same time.

Is the TOZO available in Canada? Can't seem to find it on Amazon.ca. The Amazon.com link doesn't allow for shipping to my address. :(

Likewise for Australia, I don't understand why Amazon continue to limit their market by not offering international shipping.

Anyone want to purchase one and send it to me?

How about the grip?

Got my TOZO today for my 6S Plus in matte black, it's VERY nice. Every bit as nice at the Veil XT and I think it might fit even a touch better, though they're both great. The TOZO is slightly darker in color but still translucent allowing you to see the Apple logo which I really like. As far as the texture and grip it's similar to the Veil XT but it appears to be slightly more textured. It does feel better to me in the hand. We'll see how it holds up to scratching over the next few days. At $8.99 for the 6S Plus version it's a much better deal than the Veil XT. And as a bonus there's no branding on the rear unlike the Caudabe.

My Veil XT after 4 days in my soft pants pocket:

Got got my The Veil XT for my 6S. I would be very happy if it wasn't for the grip, or non of. It's really bugging me as grip has always been one of my TOP requirements, Will be returning this.

I will order and try the TOZO but I had a question if the shumuri cases have a better grip or not? thanks

Yes I would also like to see some pics of the case on your phone!

This looks good. Please let us know if you think a Cinder screen protector would be compatible. It's hard to tell from the pictures.

I agree it's hard to tell, but this makes me think there would be issues, similar to the Spigen AirSkin. The case is clearly overlapping the curved edge. Can anyone else comment? I'm hoping to pair this with my Ice Max 3D.

Got the XT today and wish I'd checked some of the other links (like the Tozo) before ordering. I actually really like the feel and look of it but the headphone jack cutout was warped (and I know it says in the instructions that this is the most fragile area on the phone) and the frosted coating on the case wasn't printed correctly. Little bits of dust also keeps getting under the case and I was wondering if anybody else is experiencing the same issue? I used to have the Elago SlimFit2 but I wanted all around protection precisely because of the dust issue.
