as a hardcore Vision Pro lover I would love this but I don't see apple releasing a new type of AirPods just for that considering how much they've backburnered it. Unless a new Vision Pro is coming out sooner than expected I just don't see it at this point. Unless these are something to pair with the forthcoming apple glasses

how does this make sense? what would the gesture controls even be, would you still have to touch the stem to use the gesture controls and basically slide to control, or are the gestures like hand signals?

I replaced my AirPods Pro 2 with the 3 series and honestly other than the shape, and lack of button on the case I have noticed no real difference. The ANC might be better, but that is all that I have noticed.

This may very well have something to do with new functionality for the Apple Vision Pro or the Apple glasses. Apple may have been forced to release these first, who knows 🤷🏻‍♂️

The sound quality is noticeably better as well, with a greater mid range and less pronounced bass.

Had Gen 1, now Gen 2, Gen 1 before updates for nausea fixing had the best ever ANC on them…
