WOW, iTMS is slow tonight. Updates there too?

And the two new free songs on the home page come up as .99. (But I know from experience that that sometimes happens at first--but I go ahead and "buy" and never get charged.)

Wow! I should really be sleeping, then again...I'm always up this late.

I do remember in April of 2004 there were powerbook updates and the apple store went down around midnight. So there was at least one instance of an update happening very early in the day. The site was down for at least 3 hours though..I'm not sure how long total since I think I fell asleep.

Anyways, I'm very confident I will wake up tomorrow morning and see SOME changes.

It's 5am over and the uneasiness of no "we're busy updating the site..." message on apple.com has given me the inablility to close my eyes and dall aslepe. Damn the site! Damn.

Dont sweat it, there are still 2-3 hours before we give up hope ;)

Besides the 2.7 PowerMac at 5-7 days, BTO PowerMacs in general have gone to 2-4 days, which I'm assuming is a change. Now all we need are the PB's to change to 5-7 days, hehe. :)

I was stuffing around there the other day trying to buy songs and got the " this is available in the Australian store" message. Could it be? don't think so....

I doubt a new line would be released without the fanfair of a keynote.
Lol.

If this doesn't happen today, I can imagine this thread turning pretty nasty... No rumours have actually specified today, you know, guys. And the tuesday-update theory hasn't been very well proved this year.

For any Aussies out there

Why is the Australian store showing current iBooks with a *New* sticker next to them? Has this been there long? When did you last upgrade iBooks in the antipodes?

They show the "new" sticker until they next get updated. Then the "new" sticker goes on the updated models - it's quite ingenious actually.....wait, no it isn't...
