Okay, so let's see. Significant processor speed increase. Significant graphics card increase (full generation newer). Significant redesign. Significant price drop (20" screen goes from $1499 to $1199, with all these new specs, that's $300 price drop).
So it's $300 cheaper, but faster, with better graphics, thinner, a new design, and bigger drives.

There is another image of the keyboard in the presentation:The two keyboard photos are similar, but they aren't the same. In the rumored image, the design was much more spread out, while the new iMac keyboard is much more compact. Just look at the differences in the position of the arrow keys.
