Not so interested about Vision Pro software updates. Still waiting for it's availability to expand to other regions. As for iOS 19, expecting more updates to Apple Intelligence and maybe camera app especially w17 Pro Max rumored to get 48 Megapixel lens for all three cameras.

Can we please get a iOS 12 like update ,where it has performance improvements and overall stability
No thanks. I’d rather have some new features, updates have been iterative and boring for a decade at least now. We need new exciting features, if you want a more polished system just stick with 18.4 or whatever is the last .release

Interesting is it really a commercial clip ? What are the numbers ?

there are no numbers, hence it’s clearly a commercial flop. If it wasn’t you can be certain Apple would be all over it saying how big a success it was (even if it were a mediocre success at best). The fact they stay quiet can only mean it was a total flop.

They only planned to make 250-500k units per year, and that’s about all the lines could handle given the complexity involved. This narrative that it was going to be the next iPhone came from lying analysts (but I repeat myself) and hucksters.
I ordered over a dozen for work, to have in our dev lab. We kind of regard them as sort of an oddity, squandered potential really. It's a shame that the development story is so strained. That the tooling and ability to execute on novel and innovative ideas is hindered by the very tools Apple provides to make apps. And the whole AVP ecosystem is hindered by Apple's contentious, decades-long march at alienating and mishandling developer relations through capricous, petty rejections, or leaving apps in review purgatory. I can't say if it's a commercial flop (but suspect it is) but can say based on conversations with other devs in the space that it doesn't matter whether it is, or what their target was for manufacturing. Devs are skittish about putting time into an ecosystem with such lethargy. I know we are. iPhones wouldn't have been nearly as successful if they came out today AND Apple acted the fool like they have as of late with the App store. If iPad as an ecosystem is lacking and struggling to find its identity, AVP is gasping for air and some sort of clear direction and leadership -Apple is extremely lacking here. Outside their own efforts to prop up the platform by dripping out content there's little movement. So it's a flip in that metric.

Software announcements are a joke, at this point.

I wish they'd go back to waiting until the cake was baked before they sold it.
I can't think of anything else but the lazy town little John bake a cake mashup.

Yeah.. especially when there wasn’t anything improved from this aspects. It was the same with iOS 9 too. But it ran worse actually. Nothing Apple says is true. Only broken promises and straight up lies. But people still eat their lies.

Doesn’t matter. Nobody is going to believe what they say. When will these features be definitively released? Next year?

Software rumors are a joke at this point. 😂
Good thing “they” didn’t say anything here, then.

That’s great! Please provide us with more big visionOS updates. Each update seems to be improving the product. By the time this device is lowered in price in a few years, it will be packed with features, including apps and games.
None of these are big visionOS updates. How about updating safari? App Store? Any native apps?

"Second, he was told that visionOS 3 will be a "feature-packed" update, but he did not outline any specific new features that are coming."

Ofc he didn't. It's all so he can backtrack when his guessing, like always, doesn't pan out and he's typing Power On with egg on his face.

Hans Gruber! Id not believe a word, but Henry Gupta, he’s the man. He was a tech wiz and knows his stuff.

No wonder iOS features can't be delivered when promised. They're wasting resources on visionOS. They need to force Tim out. Apple has been disappointing many people lately.
There’s more to the company than just Tim. In any case, he’s making so much money for its shareholders why risk that??
