New iPhone 7 poor quality

sorry but my iPhone 5 with chipping disagrees. 5S with loose home button after button disagree. iPhone 6 with the camera moving disagree. 6+ with touch disease. 6S with battery shutting at 20%.

now my 7+ with it cracking and popping when using 3D touch.

QA at apple is awful. I agree they use good parts, but the quality is awful now.

You don't have to apologize. You obviously have had a poor streak of iPhones, which would frustrate me too. But on the contrary, I can tell you from my experience, I have not had a defective iPhone and I have had every iPhone. Clearly your experience will vary. Your opinion matters, but it's not a known or proven fact that Apple's quality has dwindled to being awful. Not coming from a company that sells millions of iPhones annually. But Apple or any manufacturer is not perfect. I feel there standards are a higher standard than that of others.

It doesn't really matter. I dont let the poor quality stop me from buying the iPhone. i still like the phone, love the iOS, etc. Just wish the hardware quality would improve.

On the flip side, there customer service is better than most and if you have issues, they will assist in any way possible to reconcile your hardware concerns.

But my perfect iPhone 7 Plus disagrees with your iPhone, so my opinion is naturally different from yours.

FYI my iPhone was not fixed, I mean not without me paying £260, there are stories of people with the same issue and they had their phone fixed for free, never been lucky. As the phone is mine and it's me who wasted the money, I do believe I have the right to say that iPhone7 is RUBBISH.

It is so obvious you break the lens yourself, why Apple need to fix for you FOC, you not entitle FOC for fixing your own fault.
