Ordered from ATT app, now in Indianapolis,IN according to Fed EX, ATT app says "preparing to ship".
Ill go with Fed Ex's info, also says delivery tomorrow (Friday) by 3PM.

FED EX doesn't require signature, this has been the case last 4 years for the new phones.
I’m talking about UPS and in the Apple store app it says signature required. FedEx may vary but Apple is pretty strict about it.

My order just updated and it's now in Louisville, KY. For those that haven't seen movement, keep checking every other hour or so. By late tonight/early tomorrow morning, it should be in your hometown awaiting to be delivered to you TOMORROW! I'm picking mine up at a UPS facility so hopefully they have it by the time I go to lunch hahahahaha

Mine finally updated to be in Kentucky, so hopefully yours will soon, if it hasn't already!

FedEx definitely requires a signature; my tracking info says so. No option to pre-sign/release package online either. I printed out one of those FedEx release forms (quick Google search) and will tape it to the door tomorrow. Hopefully they will accept it!

EDIT: My phone is coming from Verizon, not Apple. YMMV

I hate to disappoint everyone but my buddy got home yesterday and in the UPS package from Verizon...was just a box and label to return his old iPhone in. 🤣 Verizon played him so badly lol!

Ouch! Imagine the pure excitement...then instant disappointment!

I ordered thru t-mobile, was billed Sunday and had no updates until this afternoon. Shipped and arriving tomorrow. Currently in Louisville KY.

From what I’ve heard Apple supposedly doesn’t allow you to pre-sign for signature. Have to be there in person in sign.

Unless they made a change this year, I have always been able to be pre-sign for my packages in the past.

This was the most hilarious. This is the map from the Deliveries app. There is no way it went directly from China to Kentucky, which I knew. However, it is very funny to see the image that is based on that tracking information.

Looking for insight from anyone here. We got screwed with the pre-approval program when Apple didn’t recognize it on preorder day and cancelled the order an hour after it was placed. This resulted in having to place the order under the original loan approval. Thinking about going to local AT&T store tomorrow to get phone and just cancel order through Apple. Do you know if AT&T recognizes the Apple trade-in program and citizen loan program or would I have to go directly to Apple?

I'm not going to get my hopes up or anything, but despite my earlier message about AK getting them days later, my current UPS says on track for Friday (interestingly,  still says the 24th). Here's hoping to be pleasantly surprised.

What is your estimated arrival date? You have to go through apple for the Apple Citizen loan program. I know most carriers have their own trade in and monthly payment programs. IMO it would suck to have had the pull on your credit and not use the loan.

You have to go directly to Apple for that.
