Hope my 11 Pro comes ordered at 8:01AM eastern on the 13th and it’s still saying delivery for the 20th and preparing to ship. I haven’t seen any updates tracking info since 9-16-19 now early morning 9-18-19 says it was still at ZhengZhou at 2:55PM CST says status is in transit. Has anyone experienced this?

I am with you here on the west coast! Mine has shown no movement either, and still has a delivery date of 9/20. Hang in there!

Congrats! At least yours looks like it's moving. My UPS ship screen looks the same this evening (Tuesday, 9/17) as it did early Monday morning. Still stuck in Zhengzhou and no date change or movement. Still on track to deliver for the 20th though.
My watch got further, but with the same lack of updates - it departed Alaska in the wee hours of Monday morning (1am), and has not yet been snanned in the lower 48. My guesses are evenly divided between, "the plane has been circling the airport for 36 hours waiting for clearance to land", and, "they've decided raise their environmental score even further this year by bringing the them down from Alaska by dog sled."

Apple has begun shipping out iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 11 Pro Max, and Apple Watch Series 5 orders ahead of Friday's launch date, ensuring customers will receive their devices on time.

Apple hasn't updated its own order system and many orders will say "Preparing to Ship" until later in the week, but customers in the United States who are receiving their devices via UPS can use the UPS My Choice feature for tracking purposes or track via reference number, such as an order number or a phone number.

Signing up for UPS My Choice is free and well worth it for those who want to keep an eye on their upcoming shipments.

If you've ordered a new device, shipment details should already be available, with iPhones and Apple Watches shipping from China and arriving in the United States.

Many iPhones and Apple Watch models have just recently shipped from China so there aren't a lot of tracking details available. In some cases, the date of arrival is listed as tentative, but in our experience, these tentative dates firm up later in the week and those who pre-ordered early can count on a September 20 arrival date.

Some iPhone 11 Pro and Pro Max models, especially in the Midnight Green color, sold out quick and even those who pre-ordered early weren't able to get launch day arrival. Apple often ends up managing to ship devices earlier than promised, so those expecting October arrivals could get their iPhones earlier.

The iPhone 11, 11 Pro, and 11 Pro Max will be officially available on September 20, and those who weren't able to get one may be able to pick up a new iPhone in store on that date.

Exactly the same. I can remember years ago a similar situation. All of a sudden it will start to move and will arrive on time.

Don’t sweat it. You’ll definitely 109% get it Friday. It will start to move quickly later today/early tomorrow.

I hope so but I haven't seen anything official so I'm not holding my breath.

I would be shocked if T-Mobile actually did that. It sounds like bad information.

It was stated during the live event that the iPhone 11 Pro line would have a fast charger. Here is something online I found about it, “After years of shipping a tiny 5W chargerbrick in the box with iPhones, Apple will finally include an 18W USB C-to-Lightning charger with the iPhone 11 Pro and the iPhone 11 Pro Max. Sadly, the iPhone 11won't get the same perk.”

Hi everyone!:)
Ordered my :apple: iPhone 11 Pro Max 512GB midnight green exactly when stored opened online.
Status today is still "preparing shipping" grrrrrr.... but with arrival date 20th of September so this friday. How can that be?
I am definitely nervous! ;)
Cheers from Switzerland

That sucks! cheers from Switzerland

I also live in Switzerland, and ordered right away when the page became live at 2pm local time on 13th... When I was ordering it said delivery by 20th, yet my order status says delivery on 23rd.. so i'm pissed as you can imagine!
Especially since I'm currently using an iPhone 6 with a busted backlight so i literally have to use the phone in a dark room. Usually head into my bathroom and turn off the light to do anything on my phone. Outside is a no go anymore *cries self to sleep*

Yes, that is what my shipping information currently says and that's what it did last year too. They will start moving around tomorrow. It will go from China to your doorstep in 24 hours or less.

For normal charging, yes, it supports fast charging and it has since the iPhone X. You just had to buy the charger separably. Wireless charging has always been painfully slow on the iPhone. I have a wireless charger from Apple and it does charge at 7.5w. It would be nice if that was increased.

I haven't been able to find tracking for my Pro Max or 11 with all the tips and tricks provided here, and AT&T still says Preparing to Ship. Probably for the best, one less thing to obsessively check for updates on.

Our phones must be together. LOL That is what mine shows as well.

Why cant they have these preshipped to US Waterhouse’s prior to launch like a few days before? Tracking has still not updated but I’m hoping mine and everyone who ordered gets it on time for the 20th like it says.

Same here... :apple:

same for me, I think its in transit like it says but info hasn’t updated yet.

My friend ordered an iPhone 11 Pro from Verizon and it says it's out for delivery today on his FedEx tracking info. Meanwhile my FedEx tracking on my iPhone 11 Pro order from Verizon says it's on hold for Friday delivery. We will see if he gets it later today or not!

On one hand, I suspect FedEx and UPS would like to deliver a portion of these early, because it spreads the load across several days instead of having to deliver ten million extra packages on one particular day, while on the other hand they likely face some pushback from Apple, who would like everything to deliver at the same time, for maximum excitement. On the gripping hand, neither want any of the packages to be delivered even one day late, because that will create great cries of anguish and outrage ("oh the humanity!").

This makes sense. However, it is very interesting because my package is "locked" for future delivery (9/20) as "shipper requested." His tracking says no such thing and is just a "normal" FedEx package.

Pretty sure Verizon can get into some deep trouble for allowing that to happen
