I'd prefer if you didn't mock me as anyone with a trickle of brain cells would know that these details are fully confidential and some Apple guy just wouldn't walk about with highly private information. If your girlfriend saw the sheets, so can anyone. I doubt this guy or girl who was carrying this information wouldn't want to get fired.

I stand by my case. The button is small enough as it is. It won't change.

I just didn't like the way you attacked my knowledge or the people I know. Sure thats justified.

Anyway off that subject...

Some people let things slip, he's right next to his office and may have thought that there was a completely innocent girl behind him that would take any notice of what he was doing.

Also back to what was on the sheet maybe the 4g meant 4th gen...

Maybe it wasn't the new iphone, maybe it was, but he definitely had it that sheet in his hands with those words and images on it.

thank you for the replies. I don't know why i had it in my head that it takes a couple of months for them to be available.
I have the chance of buying a new 16gb 3gs for €350 at the weekend so I really don't know whether to wait or not. Mind you, the chances of me being able to afford a new version, which i presume will be quite pricey, is fairly slim!

Hold it out man. If the new phone does increase in price, which it probably won't... the 3G S price will most definitely go down. Save a bit of money, Ireland is still in a recession!

Last year, Apple released the 3G S on 8th June 09. It was available in the UK, US, Ireland and other major countries on the 28th June I believe.

June 19th in the US.

we usually get it in a month after it us launch and since america movil being the 4th bigest mobile phone network they really put pressure on apple to get it as soon as possible

You may have read it already but, the CEO of Sasktel, in Saskatchewan, Canada, stated that they will be launching a new network along with the new iphone on july 1st. So I think that does say it all, for now.
