I’m not buying another phone with an intel chip. I prefer to be able to talk on the phone versus dropped calls and texts that hang for minutes before sending with “2 bars of lte”.

One job Apple, make a phone that can compete with other phones at being a phone.

Show me the watch series 5
Yeah, I have a preference for Qualcomm too and it looks like we’ll have to wait until next year. For me it’s show me a redesigned watch series 6.

That will never change sadly, Me being East Coast makes it worse. I much rather midnight than 3am lol

Or you could wait a couple months.

By next spring you’ll wonder why you were so spun up about getting the phone within the first week of release.
And then you can revel in the knowledge that you’re not one of those dorks who cares so much about buying a consumer product before someone else.

I slept right through my alarm last year. I might just stay up this year. Ordering an expensive device when you've just woken up is a recipe for disaster.

has not a care about any of this. why? you want the next one good on you. get it. there is nothing here to see other than the same 'ol same 'ol. when they make the green bubbles go away and I can send picts to all my Android friends without Apple/Andriod stupid. then talk to me

Wouldn't it be great if Apple pulled a regular iPad and just released the new iPhones at the store with no event? I mean there isn't anything new to announce, right?

Updates on Apple Card.
New iPhone.
New Apple Watch
Maybe new wireless headphones?
Announcement of Apple Arcade

I can think of plenty of stuff to leverage on during the iPhone keynote.

Amen to that. Haven't had an iPhone with decent LTE rx since Apple started using Intel modems in the VZW phones.

More than that, it's not uncommon for the early production phones to have hardware issues. Waiting three months is not a bad idea unless you have an extreme emotional need for the latest phone (or, of course, unless your phone is near death or has actually died).

I'm upgrading only if they launch the IUP in my country, otherwise I'll skip this model and wait for 2020 as there's nothing wrong with my XS

September 10th is an obvious date, even without the leak we could have predicted the same date based on past events. The only question is whether they'll release all models in September or if they'll delay one of them like they did with iPhone X and the XR last year. If they all launch in September it will be the first time Apple releases 3 models the same day

The IUP program almost sounded too good to be true but now that I've been a member for several phone changes I absolutely love it. I know Apple gets something out of it even though they don't charge interest. I'm tied to their products and they get to resell my old phone and keep the money. I'm fine with all of that because I love the convenience and being able to easily get the newest phone.

That's what I'm talking about. Some carriers offer a similar convenience, but I don't feel like being bond to a particular carrier for a couple of years, especially in my country where we have really cheap prepaid plans. I don't understand why Apple doesn't offer the IUP here, I'm confident it would be quite popular especially now that iPhone costs more than 1000 EUR

I'm looking forward to this update! I'm on a 6S+ and have been super happy with the camera performance when shooting RAW with LR Mobile. However, would like better zoom and WA options and if this iphone 11 offers that, I will upgrade without hesitation.

I recently printed some 8x10s from an iphone XR that were taken by a friend on a Gatlinburg trip and they came out amazing, so I know the iPhone 11 camera will also be awesome for this.

For the "real" stuff I have a Nikon Z6 and D750 that are my go-to's. But these phone cameras are really something else in good light and perfect for everyday use.
