The question not being asked is why the dependency on so many drugs, for some granted it’s necessary but for most it’s over and easily prescribed and over used. There is also the question of laws for pricing, etc but I am not going to get into it. A healthier lifestyle will reduce ones requirement for drugs, it can and has been done. Most people just look for a simple solution.

Regardless of how many drugs we need on the market, we'll always need some. Point is lots of industries should be diversifying the location of factories that make parts, items, and assemble products. Lots of industries have centralized production so completely, and cut local inventories, and cut their back up supplies of products, that they are choking now

Ah yes industrialization, it is what has advanced us and also hindered us in other ways. The mono culture of any industry is bad, even nature rotated things to curb disease. Mono culture is a human innovation, it has done good and bad but it must be done responsibly and sustainably.

I love how you insinuate that i am naive to the situation. I know full well as i did have a product that needed to be manufactured in China. The price of raw materials and circuit board components are hard to match anywhere else.
I have to say though, you do have some healthy points of margins on your products.
Lol...Sounds more like price gouging to me.
