Never. Apple is getting out of the computer biz as soon as rest of the unwanted mac minis, junk Time Capsules, yellow screen iMacs and striped screen MPBs dribble out of the warehouse. They will then go in to the flying iCar biz with Volkswagon. Rumors speak of an iToilet in the near future. This may be delayed however, as it was planned to use four year old Nvidia video cards. This will be followed by an update to ACDs in 2030.

Oh well. At least Apple seems to be cheerfully fixing most of the cracking incidents free of charge. As for the aluminum issues....
Why aren't they out yet. every other computer maker has announced centrino 2 computers. i can't stand waiting.
For me this is another reason new MB and MBP enclosures will be out, if it was just a speed bump, they would have released at the same time as the others.
That makes me really happy!! I'm glad I found this site before I decided to go out and buy a Macbook. Otherwise I'd be kicking myself in the butt in a few weeks or months when Apple releases a re-designed MB and MBP. Hopefully Apple does the update before the BTS promo ends... Then I'd be heaven!!
for apple store in Singapore, refurbished MBs no longer in stock... happened to notice just today (or maybe yesterday).. checked back some other major countries' stores, Japan, UK, Switzerland as well, no MBs in refurbished stocks.. since when that I couldn't tell though..

Well according to the new front page news new macbooks are indeed coming (hopefully) on August 4 because by then the the limited shipments of macbooks for the next 2 weeks would be over.

ok this may sound a little redundant but i have a friend whos friend has a dad that works at apple in cupertino, that source said that new macbook revisions are coming out in august, im not exactly sure when in august though...
LOL! my brothers, ex-girlfriends, dog-walkers, cousins' father works with a guy who knows a guy that works in Apple that said new macbooks are coming out in August.
Sorry, but yeah i think everyone knows they will come out in August but what you said is a bit more evidence if true. Any details on what the revision will include?
