I like it, great for quick peaks when I've got poor reception on the phone.

I can dig it

Is that what it will look like? It looks normal when viewing (currently) on the iphone. It does like a pretty nice idea though.

pointless, really. the whole point of browsing on iphone or ipad is that you're able to view full webpages, not these neutered, simplified mobile layouts.

Not all mobile devices are iPhones and iPads. There's still a lot of users using other web enabled devices that can benefit from the simplified interface.

And if the site is designed well, I appreciate a simplified interface even on my iPhone.

I like it!

"Full" webpages are not designed to be viewed on 3.5" phone with touchscreen. Icons, links, text etc are simply too small as they are designed to be used with a mouse and bigger screen. It's not just MR, it affects every site. Plus, "full" websites are often quite big to load so with 3G, it takes time while mobile versions load instantly

love the mobile version, it's lightning fast.

just double checking - the link to the forums is actually a different link, correct? the site does not auto detect whether you are on a computere or mobile device.

i like that the voting buttons have been removed - don't see a point in them anyways. all they seem to be doing is annoy people...

This is what I've been waiting for! It's going to take some getting use to though. I wonder how it will handle videos?
One thing I will say though is it doesnt handle landscape as well as I'd like. Still though good job everyone that worked on it! It's really paid off!

It's been a long time that I have wished for a more iPhone-friendly mobile site :) I was really surprised to see it just now, when I logged in.

Thanks a lot and so far it's working great and very fast.
