I noticed that if I add the mobile site to my home screen, it will act as a webapp when I launch it, which is neat!

*warning - feature request incoming*

However, when I enter the forum, I am sent to Safari, where the forum loads. That's bad. Could you keep the forum in the "app" to keep a more smooth experience?

Thanks!

I don't know if we have control of that. I'll look into it.

load time on the mobile site? It should be pretty quick.

I'm not sure what your taking about but if I open it on safari on my iPhone 4 with full signal and it takes two minutes to load the page

Ya, that's weird. It loads in about 2-3 seconds for me on Wi-Fi and about 5 seconds on AT&T 3G. And most of that time is for the connection to be made...it's only 1-2 seconds to actually load the content.

Could it not be implemented in a way that means it doesn't just immediately kick you into Safari (it really annoys me with AppleInsider), I don't know but with HTML5 or something??

Also, I have to say it looks great, can't wait for the main site to be updated too!

Finally! So much faster and easier to use than the main site.

Not sure if it has been mentioned before but some content between Code tags don't get displayed correctly.

<entitled mode on>When do we get swipe gestures for next/previous page?<entitled mode off>

Is it possible you could fix the top menu bar on the iPhone friendly full version of the forums? It's been broken since last week when vBulletin 3.8 was installed. Thanks!
