Thanks for the heads up! Do they offer versions speeds of shipping or just one stock one for international? Just wondering the speed..
I’m hoping it will update later today for a 20th delivery. As others have said Apple tends to underestimate the ETA so you then get the feeling it was faster.
The delivery time for SwitchEasy I don’t really know. Says it will dispatch in 2 working days I think but International Delivery on their site is listed as 2-4 weeks non tracked.
For this item I’m not going to think about it and it’ll be a nice surprise when it turns up. And I hope there’s not Royal Mail / customers charge added it it. It’s slow but there’s no UK stockists so I decided to try it - as this feels as close to the functionality I had with my STM Dux case with pencil slot on my 9.7” Pro I’m upgrading from.
I am of course fully aware by adding the Magic Keyboard and this case etc I’ve made the wonderfully thin and light 11” iPad Pro a bigger, heavier overall package. But I tend to value the feeling of completeness.
I am even eyeing up a Pack and Smooch soft leather sleeve but that’s super ££! (And over kill!)🤓
To get it tomorrow will need to ship by today...hopefully by this evening we will see

Hmmm yeah that sounds like a long time for international shipping from them for CaseBuddy...perhaps just covering in case pre-orders are delayed? There’s usually an express (FedEx or International Priority) option? I’m guessing there was nothing? Like you say though, good to get a nice “surprise” when it turns up though eh?
Oh man! You’re killing me with the Pack and Smooch stuff! Never heard of them but I love the leather look for my equipment, bags etc. Tempted to look on their site but also know I’ll want stuff I can’t justify right now...
What profession are you UK guys in?
Edit: Just looked at Pack and Smooch stuff...I’m good. I already have a This Is Ground case for my laptop that I can repurpose (it’s just a bit chunky). Ummm...I think that accounts for everyone just now haha. I'm a self-employed photographer/filmmaker. So not having much luck on the work front for now...
@SimonMScott @ahojfelixi I ordered my CaseBuddy from MobileFun here in the UK. They are out of stock but due in this week hopefully. I thought it would be worth the wait to cut down on the shipping cost.
Also due to get my keyboard Mon - Wed but given the current conditions I'll be happy if it arrives (to my door) anytime this week without any complications.
I'm avoiding constantly watching the order status - it'll come when it comes

Because the cords on most hubs are short and the IPP in the Magic Keyboard would leave the dock dangling—at least I think it would. I’ll know better whenever my Magic Keyboard arrives.

Yes, very odd. I’m hoping they’re not delayed? Seems strange they’ve not even shipped yet. I could understand a delay in the actual shipment once it leaves China (or whenever it’s coming from) but just to still be sitting at “Preparing to ship...” for over 3-4 days now seems weird?

That’s my experience, except with my Mac Pro which arrived a day later than the first possible date. Maybe COVID has made things difficult.

Suspect now it will ship tomorrow and that’s why the window is 20-22.
Now my money and hopes are on a Tuesday delivery.

I ordered the morning it was available, was due to arrive the 21st-23rd. Shipping from Ontario, CA, so looks like Apple has these prepositioned in different countries.
