No man, you're totally right. This bad weather excuse is bull. They dont have any idea whats going on. I called yesterday to ask why my mac was sitting in the same city in which it was built for over 3 days after i got shipment notification. They told me volcanoes were the culprit and that is still on a runway in Shanghai. About and hour later I called again and a different rep told me that it had taken off 12 hours earlier and was about to land in Anchorage. Than about 30 minutes after that, it was scanned in Oakland, CA. So they were both completely wrong. From there it seemed to jump back on pace. It was on its way to Memphis only an hour after it arrived in Oakland. Now we get this crap about bad weather. There are radar capabilities on the internet and I'm sorry there is nothing between Memphis, Indy, or Milwaukee where I live and what, trucks cant drive in a little rain? Ridiculous, Memphis always seems to be the kiss of death with my fedex orders. My ipod nano sat there for 3 days last week and i had expedited shipping, watch it will be "In Transit" until the weekend and we wont see anything til atleast Monday. Totally bush league. 😡
