I think I used starfires profile. I can't even remember which one I picked now because I went through a bunch, picked my favorite and renamed it. I think "fire" comes to mind though.

I was also happy with this profile, but now it looks bad.....

maybe a bit off topic but i was looking at your signatures and I went to check in system profile, it says only 256 vram but I was supposed to have 512, whats going on, how do I check for sure? It says right there on the box. And this may be a stupid question but I couldnt find my panel model in system profile. THANKS

In my MacBook Pro (unibody) the GeForce 9400 has 256 MB, but the GeForce 9600 has 512 MB.

Do you have a dual-video MacBook Pro?

if you bought the cheapest MPB, both cards have 256 MB

if you bought the slightly faster 15" model, you should have 256MB on one and 512 on the 9600

Gamma 2.2. 9C84 display. Native White Point.

Spyder2Pro calibrator.

Seems less red compared to others posted.

Tried Star Fire's profile, which is beautiful, but as I work with vector images in Illustrator / PS I need less red hue and yours (Dr Shdw) works perfectly for me. Thank you! :)

First off thanks to everyone on this thread, have been trying out some of the different calibrations for the 9C84, has been really useful.

Thanks for posting this dude, your profile's my favourite out of the one's that I've tried, has a nice crisp look with no yellowness, beats the default hands down :D

my display was just replaced and now i have a 9C68.

Can anyone tell me what brand display this is? And does anyone have any good color profiles?

My profile for the 9C85, which I like pretty good. Calibrated with SPyder2Pro, 6500K whitepoint. The original was waaay too yellow. This one is pretty accurate and does very well on various tests I have done.

Thanks, gave it a try. It came out quite red on my 9C84 Screen. Im currently using the SpyderPro file I found earlier in this thread.

Anyone have a calibrated profile for the following:

17" June 2009 MBP Matte (9CAD) panel?

I'm going crazy trying to achieve a decent calibration. I've tried many other panel profiles and they just don't look right...

Thanks.

9C84 here, using the i1Display 2, Gamma 2.2 Native profile.

However, what should I use for my 20" ACD in order to get accurate colors on both monitors? I've noticed that my ACD over saturates colors a bit (or maybe the MBP has washed out colors)

Got my mbp on thursday, I made this for my 9CA4 screen, its a really warm one, looks a bit aged but in a good way.

Someone please try it, I want to know if anyone else likes it!

You did it self without a calibrate machine?
Because it looks on my 9CA4 terrible, all blue colors are with yours grey... ;)

Can somebody post a 9CA4 profile, please? :)
