These watchbands being updated on the website indicates there likely won't be anything Apple Watch related during WWDC next week. So likely the focus will stay on the developers and or a new product release, perhaps with the Siri smart speaker.

I'm mad the black and white 'Bone' version they did was limited. Absolutely no logical reason for it to be, other than they just wanna be d**ks.

Worlds most pointless upgrade. I sort of feel sorry for all these youths that will be dining on pet food in their old age because the blew though all their money on stuff like this instead of saving.

More watch bands!!!! Finally, this is amazingly awesome and practically magic.

I don't even have to watch the keynote anymore. This is more than I could have dreamed about for 2017.

World transforming innovation like this is why Apple is going to be a 10 Trillion dollar company by 2020!!.
So cringey and try hard.

You guys sure know how to ruin what was a good joke.

Pet food is expensive so I doubt it.

I have nothing against new Apple Watch bands, but I wish someone would spend some time fixing the broken Nike Running app. It crashes and deletes run data which makes it basically useless. I realize that Apple does not make the Nike Running App, but these items are dual branded and as such I was expecting Apple quality.

Nike running app is garbage. Always has been. Their FuelBand app was crappy too back in the day. If you want a good, full featured, reliable, running app I can recommend Runtastic or iSmoothRun. I use iSmoothRun myself, works with a lot 3rd party servies too as well as AW -- I don't use it with the AW myself. I prefer my Garmin for running still. Runtastic is good but I couldn't deal with the voice. The lady on iSmoothRun is a more pleasant sounding to me. Small things.

Why didn't Apple wait until their "One more thing" next week? Tim Cook could say, "Developers, everyone gets one today as our way of saying thanks for your hard work.".

I remember Steve Jobs laughing when Appel used to sell sails for windsurfs with the Apple logo... "we were so stupid". And look.

Oh please. What "normal" kid has never not blown their money on pointless things. That is what kids do. It's what is so great about being a kid. No mortage or rent, no car or other loan payments, no grocery bills, no 401K, no nothing except money to burn.

But even if we are talking about "kids" in their upper 20s, they won't be eating dogfood, people like you and me who do save and watch what we are spending our money on will because we'll be the only one's the gov't will be able to tax, and boy it will sting. So, hey, maybe they have the right idea.

Also, the market for these is well-off fitness freaks. The kind who wouldn't blink at buying $150 jogging shorts.

Well, fashion freaks is probably more accurate. I'm into fitness -- I have no problem buying $150 running shoes because they feel good. The Nike watch band has zero performance utility. No one is buying it for "fitness," at least objectively.

I was waiting all morning for them to show up on the website so I could order the blue one... go figure it goes live and sells out when I step away from the computer to go run errands. :(

I guess I'll have to wait for Nike to get more stock, or for them to go on sale at the Apple Store.

I had wanted a purple one and the shoes too. Lol, I was not expecting them to sell out this early in the day. But I'm not surprised. The hate for Apple watches and their bands is strong on this forum (for reasons I can sympathize with though I don't agree) but I just got back from a cross country trip and I was seeing Apple watches on people all over the place. When I first got mine when they debuted I was the only parent at the school that had one for several weeks. Now more people I know have an Apple Watch than those that don't. One of them got the same Nike Watch I did a few days before I got mine and we were both in agreement that the weird little holes in the band did make it more comfortable.

I kind of like the fitness tracking on my husband's Gear S3 Frontier Watch a little bit better, honestly, but there is just no way I can make that behemoth of a watch fit comfortably all day on my tiny wrist or make my own smaller Gear watches feel as comfortable in hot sticky weather as my 38 mm Nike Sport Apple Watch does. Apple Watches are just kind of the only comfortable option for smaller women or men who want a watch that is very light and small. I do love my Gear watches in cooler weather though.

I was out hiking in nasty hot mountainous terrain for hours and my holey Nike band was as comfortable as could be. So let the naysayers say nay.

let's see

1. can't innovate my ass
2. where are the macs
3. jonny ive has been busy
4. this isn't news
5. nike sucks
6. apple sucks
7. samsung sucks

I think i got it all.

BTW - these shoes are ridiculously overpriced. In most of my run groups you'll hardly see nikes as they were the bose of running shoes.
