I'm pretty sure you don't have to worry. Since it was the error of the Pepsi distributor to put the bottles into the market, I would imagine Apple and/or Pepsi would pursue those individuals first, if they even cared. I suspect, however, that it doesn't really matter and Apple/Pepsi won't care if a few bottles get out, as it's not as if some revolutionary product or trade secret is featured on the bottles.

If this is real then all i'm going to be drinking for a while is Pepsi Products! On the label I saw something about Mountain Dew. So, does that mean Mountain Dew caps will have songs under them? (Well, if this is really actually true) An iPod Mini an hour!? Hm, I got some friends who are going to be drinking lots of Pepsi too then.

I'm not sure exactly, but didn't Pepsi Canada just run an "iPod an Hour" promotion? Or was it an "iPod a Day" promotion? Something like that? Well, since the label mentions that promotion, maybe the same thing is coming to Pepsi U.S. at the end of the month.

I can't read the whole thing, but the label seems to say the promotion starts on 1/31? Well woohoo if it's true!

I'm really amazed that a Diet Pepsi would be on sale that was 10 - 11 months old. Just how many of the yellow cap iTunes Pepsi bottles on sale at you store?

I second that mate, i wish Apple promoted itunes here more...well at all. A nice lil promotion would go down a treat, do we even get Pepsi here ?

The Superbowl isn't till Feb 6th this year so if the promotion is starting this month those two items don't match up.

I hope we are able to see under the caps again. I drink diet pepsi anyway when I drink soda, and it's always nice to get an iTunes song as a bonus.
