So, who or what will that be that is able to clean all this millions of square miles of glass surface?

Wow… that's a lot of negativity spilled out here.

This is the new office of one of the most successful companies on earth, they are sitting on enough money to spend, and they use it. This money goes to construction workers, hight end construction engineers, generally people with skill that work hard for their money.

I like it, and i think it will help them to focus once the space ship has started.

And no, the new MacBook Pro is not the machine I hoped for.

I share your optimism and your realism. Tim Cook only has so much bandwidth and hours in the day. If he is thinking about the million details that go into planning and building a million square foot building, then this takes away time spent planning and building upgraded Macs.
Because he designed the building and the Macs. No, the facilities manager designs the building, and the Mac product manager designs (or has someone else design ) the Mac.

Campus 2 design is brilliant. It gives Apple's product development executives an ever larger circle to run around.

60 workers to lay tiles in five months. that is a job worth doing right first time

If Apple's not gonna do a Echo competitor, they may as well do.... I want something round from Apple other than a building
[doublepost=1481529301][/doublepost]May I suggest a lovely, powerful, round Mac Pro?
