Who cares? really... you shouldn't worry about this, but they supposedly to use the 90nm fab 970fx. The original design of this powermac was created before 90nm technology had arrived though, so who really knows. It would be interesting to see if the 970 has the same socket as the 970FX... for upgrade purposes of course... ;)
