Something suddenly changed on the forum. I came back and saw a double red badge: One on my notifications, another one on my user profile (avatar). Once I saw the notification, the bell badge disappeared, but not the one on my avatar. After reloading, the notification on my avatar disappeared. I think having the same notification on both icons is distracting and redundant.

By the way, I saw some of the little tweaks here and there, like the bold unread notifications and the button under our main avatar on each post (to unveil our forum history). Nice touches.

Hmm... Can you post a screenshot of what you are seeing?

We did a minor upgrade today and it might have caused some inconsistencies.

- The bold alerts I didn't love, so reverted. But I'm not opposed if it seems much clearer. edit: I compromised
- The button under the avatar was always there... just never highlighted like that before

Ok, I’ll post a screenshot once I get new notifications. I could post about the MacBook Pro notch, or how Face ID is so difficult to use while wearing masks to quickly get likes and dislikes… but I’ll wait
