New Spoiler-free Keynote thread

I've been doing the spoiler-free thing since MWSF2008, and I love it. I checked the Lets Rock email from MacRumors, it was sent out at 22:10 (GMT+1) but it didn't reach me until 1:31 (GMT+1), or 1:10PM EST and 4:30PM EST. So, it could be up in an hour!

By the way, why did the other thread get closed?
 
Just thought i'd also show my support for you link searchers! Incase you thought there was a lack of support...

if you want to talk about things that you have heard about or things that you think will happen there are other threads for that, this is NOT a form for speculation

now please guys just use common sense, if you even question whether it should be said then dont say it. if something is said that contains a spoiler, you WILL be reported and most likely blocked from the thread.

please guys just keep it clean.

HOPE EVERYONE HAS A GOOD MWSF '09 AND A GOOD STEVE... ERRRR I MEAN PHILLNOTE!!! GOOD LUCK TO ALL AND I HOPE YOU CAN MAKE IT!!! HAVE FUN!!!


O and one last thing... if you are wondering about whether or not you should do this, i STRONGLY recommend that you do. there is something about hearing it straight from steve... well im going to assume that itll hold true with phill, but hearing straight from whomever is presenting themselves that gets you all excited... its what apple does... youll be happy you did it in the end.

Just checkin' in to say I'm waiting for the spoiler-free link, and that I'm thankful for you guys checking the sites for us...

Just hoping that we get it fairly early. I'm in Sweden - 21.20 here right now.

I'm in the UK - it usually appears around 2100/2200 GMT (2200/2300 CET/Sweden) :)
 
Okay, I'm really wishing I had an app that automatically refreshes my browser right now. But anyways:

we're coming up on 2 hours since the end of the keynote. The video could be ready in 2 minutes or 2 hours
 
Okay, just a little heads up: do not use iTunes to check for the podcast. It's always a lot later than the direct link, and iTunes is spoiled.

Still checking... still nothing

Yeah, that's what I'm hoping for. Last time (the October iPod event) I was surprised it came up so fast. Been up 'til 01.00/02.00 at some of the events, don't remember which.

Last day of my Christmas vacation - perfect ending to it, I think. ;-)
 
Thank you for this thread, I don't know what I'd do without it. This is like my own little bomb shelter in the world of the internet. :)

Think I'll treat myself to some "Mad Men" episodes as a distraction over here...

...when it's up, I'm going to make myself the usual keynote-Gin & Tonic. You got to honor traditions... ;-)

Honestly, ArtofWarfare, you NEED to stop posting. I don't know how your mind considers what you're saying to be not spoiling, but it's VERY spoiling, and the exact OPPOSITE of what you're supposed to be saying in this thread. Even saying that there's a new product is spoiling. For all we spoiler free people know, phil added one more movie to the itunes store and walked off stage. So please, STOP posting--Even if you think you're not spoiling anything. Because you are. Thanks.

I think the serious spoiler-free people (myself included this time) have bookmarked this specific thread and haven't navigated through the rest of the site.
