Thunderbolt 5 enables parity with DisplayPort and HDMI 2.2, so a user can just use USB-C to HDMI 2.2 / DisplayPort 2.2 cables.
USB-C is far more versatile and easier to use being a reversible connector and smaller footprint than using HDMI 2.2, DisplayPort 2.x, and to an extent China's GPMI.
