It's right in their advertising on the website. I guess it depends on what you mean by "start the order process" but I found this just by looking at phones and giving them no personal information or saying I want to buy.

I signed up for the T-Mobile 7 day test drive and have been using my phone for a couple of days now. The coverage is decent in my area though not as good as my at&t. I am still trying to decide if it's worth the savings for me to switch. From my calculations, I am only paying $5-8 more per month for my lines on at&t when I factor my corporate discount of 23% from my employer. I called T-Mobile CS tonight to inquire more about the new plans and I was totally unimpressed with the CS rep that I spoke with. I felt like I was calling somebody down at the local pool hall or something, I might as well have because this guy seemed to know very little about the new plans. He informed me that if I sign up before labor day that I could get the 5th line for $20 more and the other 4 would be $100 making 5 lines $120. I questioned him on this since the website mentions 4 lines for $120 but he assured me that I could get 5 lines for $120. Does anyone know if that is correct? He also told me that this plan does not have the ability to add tablets, except to add using standard tablet pricing of $10 for 3GB or something like that, and that I could not use my 15% corp. discount on these plans. As for jump pricing on phones, he said they would need to run my credit first to give me pricing info.

The TM customer service reps know NOTHING. Zero, zilch, nada. It's 4 lines for $120, not 5. Moving on, Legere is doing a ton of good stuff for the industry. Hopefully one day higher storage phones will be available 0 down.

I imagine you're probably looking at the result of the hell that I raised emailing the CEO last Thursday. An experienced rep didn't see it anywhere on the site either when I called.

It's always been advertised on their site properly. I ordered my 128GB iPhone 6 earlier this year.

Yeah that information has always been present, I remember seeing it a while back. I think you're in the wrong here bud. Angry email to the CEO and everything
