New Yorkers cannot buy online using Next #Fail

Just hit continue, You won't buy the phone without putting in credit card info. I didn't get that far before it told me I couldn't order.

No, it looks like you're good to go. Mine doesn't get past the screen that asks you to choose between 12 months and 18 months.

Wait. I went to cart and it says "Personal Pickup is not available for an iPhone purchased with AT&T Next." Crap.
Changed the billing address on my AT&T to VA. Same message. Changes the Billing Address of my Apple account to NJ. Same message. Changed the shipping address to VA. Same message. WTF!!
Okay, looks like the billing address change I made was only for mailings, to do a real change I need to call. That would definitely be what I need to do. Decisions...
Nope, it is just the zip code in at&t's database that matters. It seems like you can put any shipping and billing address in Apple's site you want.
Oh, thanks for informing me then. This will be my first time buying an iPhone in the USA. Wishful thinking then.
I live in NY and I am getting the same error with AT&T Next.
I have an option under the 2-Year Contract pricing to pay the full retail price (which it states underneath no contract extension) and was able to get to checkout BUT in my cart, it states two-year contract with one-time upgrade fee of $40 and per month line access of $40 (instead of the $15/month with the Mobile Valued Share Plan).
Should I go with this option for the pre-order and then call AT&T afterwards to sort things out/see if I can revert back to the $15/month? Doesn't seem to make much sense that I would pay full retail price and then have my monthly charge increase just because I didn't purchase through AT&T Next...

I was able to use at&t's site for next in nyc, of course my ship date is 10/13/14 - 10/22/14....

I preordered from the store today, I got the same date for the 6 plus. Hopefully it's an overly exaggerated date.
I woke up at 7am today (I live in Brooklyn) and opened my ATT app, preordered 2 new iPhone 6's with Next, and received confirmation emails saying 9/19 delivery. Did I get lucky, or is this happening for everyone else too?
No issues with mine last night at 3:30 AM using next.. did everyone who had this issue get it in?
