New, faster chip, bigger display with higher resolution, new body with less bezel, even thinner than before, yet more solid with back glass switched for metal, 4G LTE, and a new OS to go with it.

Resolution is the same. More pixels, same pixel density.

EDIT: I'm wrong. Burn me at the stake...:D

Why are all "leaked" photos always taken with camers set to their lowest resolution? Guys, just get a better damn smart phone, seriously. It's not the '80s any more!

Considering these photos are most likely taken by underpaid Chinese employees (who are probably searched every time they enter the factory) I'm not surprised they don't manage to sneak a better camera in there (or can afford one).

I don't think CPU power would be a better use of space in an iPhone. What CPU intensive tasks is the average user going to be doing on a phone? The main things people do are way more GPU intensive than CPU intensive.

That space would be much better of being used by a bigger battery, more RAM, or even just taken out to make the device thinner.

I also don't think quad core graphics would be wasted in an iPhone. It just means that you could run more intense games and at a higher frame rate. Games like infinity blade are getting more and more complex and need more and more power to drive the game. The average user is more likely to play games than do CPU intensive tasks, making added GPU power more likely than added CPU power in my opinion.

If this thing is a ARM A15 CPU it will be way faster and way more power efficient. CPU would allow for faster image, video, and general system speed. If they gave the iPhone the same speed GPU it would lead to the iPhone being way more powerful at its resolution. As it stands right now they can both display about the same graphics at their native resolutions.

I think this would be the first time where an iPhone would be more powerful than the current iPad. And combine with iOS 6, it would be the new definition of butter smooth!

If it makes the phone faster and doesn't eat the battery anymore than the current chips, I'd be happy to have it in my next iPhone.

Someone with common sense! There is hope for the world!

Seriously, the people asking why the photos are blurry should be ashamed over their ignorance.

If theres no blu ray drive I am out... switching to windows forever screw apple.

This depends on a lot of things. The Tegra3 chipset has 12 graphics cores and is absolutely stomped by the lowly dual core in the iPhone 4S.

The Tegra 3 chipset phone on this graph is the HTC One X (International)

I'd rather have a fast GPU, irrespective of how many cores it has.

Looks like someone took a picture of a picture on a computer screen, from the looks of the banding in the picture. Or there's something wrong with their camera.
